Scope of Work: O-Ku Atlanta was a full commercial renovation boasting new custom millwork, a refresh to the bar area, all new flooring in the main dining and kitchen area, as well as updating the finishes throughout. This project was completed on a tight 3-week schedule.

This project included a full commercial kitchen, a drive-thru service, and ten multi-product dispensers (MPDs). The facility will feature high-class finishes throughout, ensuring a luxurious and modern atmosphere for all patrons. Additionally, the project encompasses the installation of gas tanks and a canopy, adhering to the highest safety and environmental standards.
Freeman General Contracting successfully completed the comprehensive renovation and transformation of an old office building into Savi Provisions, a premium intown gourmet eatery.
