Scope of Work: Freeman General Contracting completed the full demolition and renovation of an ambulatory surgery center, transforming it into a state-of-the-art facility. This project includes the construction of two advanced procedure rooms, dedicated clean and soiled holding areas, a meticulously organized sterile supply room, and modern nurse stations strategically placed to optimize workflow.
Project Details:
This project included a full commercial kitchen, a drive-thru service, and ten multi-product dispensers (MPDs). The facility will feature high-class finishes throughout, ensuring a luxurious and modern atmosphere for all patrons. Additionally, the project encompasses the installation of gas tanks and a canopy, adhering to the highest safety and environmental standards.
Freeman General Contracting successfully completed the comprehensive renovation and transformation of an old office building into Savi Provisions, a premium intown gourmet eatery.
