Gabe has been in the construction industry for Eight years. He worked as a Project Manager for four years, mastering the backend operations of General Contracting. The following Three years were spent in a business partnership focused on ground-up construction of convenience stores, where he gained invaluable hands-on and practical experience. For the past year, Gabe has leveraged his comprehensive industry experience to confidently lead his newest endeavor, Freeman General Contracting.

Kendall began his career in land acquisitions and development before transitioning into a COO role, where he managed operations and financials for a multi-million dollar portfolio in the waste industry. Over the past year, he has immersed himself in the construction industry, rapidly gaining knowledge and expertise. Kendall's extensive experience in running diverse companies has translated into a significant impact on the trajectory and vision of Freeman General Contracting.

Bo brings a diverse range of professional experience in community development, real estate, and urban planning. He previously served as Director at Strong Towns, a nationally recognized media organization focused on challenging the post-war North American development model and equipping everyday people with the tools to build stronger, more resilient communities. He also served as Executive Director for a Main Street organization and economic development agency, where he led zoning reform efforts and supported economic development initiatives across multiple municipalities. More recently, Bo has consulted on mission-driven real estate projects and developed several of his own. Today, he works with Freeman General Contracting as a Project Manager, where he leads the firm’s real estate development activities.
